Jawa (java) indonesia

Jawa is a small island related to the greater sunda islands archipelago. Local population 124 million people. Java lies between sumatra and bali, and is north of christmas island. java is also the 13th largest island in the world. Java is a volcanic island compiled of 32 mountains on the island that were all at one point volcanoes. I will be staying at a local bed and breakfast in the town of Yogyakarta located near the coast towards the center of the island.
during my travels through java i visited some of the populated cities and a lot of the active volcanic areas of the island, many of which closely resemble the U.S.'s Yellowstone National Park.
